PBPS Mission:

To engage communities with Blues as culture.

PBPS Vision:

PBPS engages communities with Blues as culture by serving a 150-mile radius around the
Piedmont Triad of North Carolina, including southern Virginia through educational programs,
cultural presentations, and community engagements authentically representing Blues culture for
communities-at-large with local communities’ support for Blues culture and artists.

Piedmont Blues Preservation Society (PBPS) is a cultural, educational, and historical 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Board of Trustee meetings are held on the second Monday of every month at 7PM in Suite 505 of the Self Help Building located at 122 N. Elm St., Greensboro, NC 27401. Current PBPS members are welcome to attend meetings. To be placed on the agenda, please send an email two weeks prior to the meeting to president@piedmontblues.org.
